Housekeeping

This service includes general cleaning of the Villa or apartment including exterior facilities such as swimming pool shower, BBQ, pavements and driveways. We will provide all of the essential cleaning materials and these will be charged to your monthy account.

We suggest 4 hours per week cleaning schedule when the Villa is not occupied and 1 to 3 hours daily when the Villa is occupied, this will obviously depend on the size of the villa and the number of people residing. To prepare for an arrival or after a departure the number of hours will vary according to the state of the villa. If it is necessary for the maid to work on weekends & public holidays the hourly will be paid charged doubled.

Consists of going into a business and cleaning what has been agreed upon
between the client and our company. Commercial services are usually
cleaned on a per bid basis. Our services includes, but is not limited to:
all dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restrooms sanitizing, kitchenette/lunchroom,
trash removal, ceiling fans and blinds cleaned and other special requests
fulfilled.
